Protecting recordings
Open Full Days Settings and confirm iCloud protection shows a recent successful backup. Export irreplaceable recordings for an additional copy.
Transcription or translation
Clear speech, a quiet room, and the correct spoken language improve transcripts. For private English translation, open a non-English transcript and choose Translate on this iPhone. Translation requires iOS 18 or later. Approve Apple's language download if prompted; after downloading, translation works offline. If the language is unsupported, your original stays safe. Review names and details before sharing.
Reminders not appearing?
On your iPhone, open Settings, choose Notifications, select Full Days, and make sure notifications and sounds are allowed.
Trial and subscription
Settings shows Free trial active during a verified trial, along with its end date. Manage or cancel your subscription through your iPhone Settings, your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Apple handles billing and refunds.
Sharing a translated story
Translate and save the memory first, then share it. The saved English text is included with the recording. The recipient does not need language downloads to read the completed translation.
When contacting us
Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, Full Days version, and a short description of what happened. Only email a private recording or sensitive information if you intentionally want support to receive it.

Full Days is not an emergency or medical monitoring service. If you or someone else may be in danger, contact local emergency services.
